We Run and Ride 
I’ve got one for you… I have size 11 feet and short toes. Really short toes. So short that on a measuring device I have a size ten foot. Problem is, if I get a ten, the arch is in the wrong place on my foot. I tried running in a ten for four months and almost needed crutches. Bought a pair of elevens (Thanks to Mark Boughman – he’s kinda big in Michigan), dropped a minute a mile and ran with a smile on my face.
